Chevron-aholic

Let's just face it: I'm a chevron-aholic.  I don't know why I love them like I do but it's something I've come to accept and indulge :-)

I made this super easy baby quilt from this super easy (FREE) pattern over on Generation Q Magazine!

I did some straight line quilting and some free motion quilting, both on my domestic machine.  I still haven't quite mastered the shoving of a quilt through a domestic machine but since this one is baby sized it wasn't too bad.  Anything larger and I feel like I'm wrestling an alligator!

This baby quilt is for the NYC Metro Modern Quilt Guild's charity project which benefits the Inwood House Maternity Program.

Wishing you big waves and an artful day,
~C
