Does anyone else feel like this summer disappeared?!?!
Time to get back into the swing of things!
Here's what's inspiring me this week:
1. Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls
OMG! These look AH-MAZING!!! I'm having visitors in a few weeks and I think these will make an excellent breakfast or lunch or snack or maybe even dinner... Check out the recipe over on Gimme Some Oven!

I moved into my current apartment in January and decided that instead of buying curtains for the living room, I would just make them. Well it's now September and my living room window is still NAKED! So I've been looking for some fabrics and have come up with some options. My decor is mainly blue, gray, and golden yellow. I have pops of this yellow throughout the living room so I want the curtains to be the thing to really pull out this color. Let me know what you think!

Love your linking Party! Always fun to see what you have going on or what discoveries you share with us. As for my choice for the curtains it is between #1 & #3. I think your unit having such high ceilings can very easily have the bold design but also knowing your love of the ocean--the star fish are Great! This is going to be a hard decision for you! Can't wait to see what you choose!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up Helen! I'm more between 1 and 3 as well, I like the flowers but not sure they fit with the theme I want! Hope I get to see you soon, it's been too long!!!
DeleteThanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a kind word. I am a new follower of your beautiful blog and am linking up today. I have enjoyed reading your stories and your great photos this morning. The cinnamon rolls look yummy. I really love the colors you have chosen for your curtains. For your windows, I would think that the bold print # 1 would make a fabulous valance stretched over a frame and that the starfish #3 ... or the dandelion puffs #2 ... would make lovely long flowing panels. I am sure with your artistic abilities your decision will be wonderful. Looking forward to seeing what you create and to your Sept Blog Hop post ... :) Pat
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for linking up! And thanks for following! It's always nice to meet some new crafty people! I never thought about a valance for the window, this opens up whole new possibilities...and the inspiration continues! Thanks!
